A $7.95 annual membership fee is required and is payable with first prescription. This program does not constitute insurance. Prescriptions not covered by your insurance are eligible. The Devine's Pharmacy Prescription Savings Club cannot be used in conjunction with any other insurance on the same prescription. Your personalized Devine's Pharmacy Good Neighbor Pharmacy Prescription Savings Club Card will be mailed to your home within a couple of weeks of initial enrollment. Confidentiality: As a pharmacy, we ensure that customer prescription information remains strictly confidential. As an extra service to you as part of your enrollment in this program, we may send you e-mails, direct mailings, or telephone you with offers of information related to your pharmacy care and treatment.
